At Delhi Food Kitchen, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Refunds or replacements are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Food quality issues

  • Missing items

To request a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 2 hours of delivery with order details and photo proof (if applicable).

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind

  • Late delivery due to traffic, weather, or third-party delivery delays

  • Partially consumed food

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
